Municipal tax, School tax, Building insurance, and other operating expenses such as snow removal and landscaping.

The cost of electricity and heating is paid by the Lessee. The cost of purchasing and installing the exterior signage.

The Lessee shall obtain valid liability insurance at their
own cost and will provide proof of such insurance before
having access to the space.
The cost of purchasing and installing the exterior signage
shall be paid by the Lessee and is subject to the Lessor's
approval and must comply with municipal by-laws.
